This is a seriously cool Queensr che piece and one that should appeal directly to collectors of older rock and metal shirts. The black tee features artwork from Operation: Mindcrime II, with completely different large graphics on the front and back.
The older-style Triple Star Merchandise tag, construction and overall presentation give this shirt plenty of character. Rather than definitively dating the garment without further evidence, I would describe it as a vintage/older-era band tee and let the excellent graphics do the selling.

🎸 A GREAT QUEENSRŸCHE COLLECTOR TEE
This isn't just a small-logo band shirt. Both sides are loaded with artwork, giving it the look collectors want from older concert and album merchandise.
The front uses the distinctive Operation: Mindcrime II imagery with Queensr che prominently across the bottom, while the back is arguably even better — a huge red “Revolution!” graphic with the Operation: Mindcrime II logo underneath.
